Early warning system 

  1. Setting up EWS consists of several steps with the sample from QM:
    • MC=Q: Create an exception: important data we would like to monitor (Vendor rejection based on S068)
    • Choose characteristics (material)
    • Define the characteristics of values ( from material A010 to Z050 )
    • Choose requirements ( Rejected lots > 30 )
    • Define the follow-up processing

Standard analyses 

The standard analyses enable users to draw information from the available standard information (info) structures available in the SAP system. The difference between reports and standard analyses is that in information systems, the information is dynamic and changes when the business user performs the functions.
