1933121 - Why international address not sent in Idoc Segment E1EDKA1?

The international address version is not given out in IDoc. This is the Standard behaviour.

But, for messages ORDERS, ORDCHG (with function IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS and IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDCHG ) is it possible to use the Customer-EXit '002' from Enhancement MM06E001 to change the fields

within Address-Segments (E1EDKA1 or E1EDPA1) There is an example coding available in note 879462.
